Session 1: The "Off Switch" (The SD Card) We install the primary sleep trigger. You will learn to mechanically "eject" the specific data of your last shift so you can leave it at the hospital.

Session 2: The "Cabin" Protocol (Deep Cleaning)
You have years of "old shifts" stored in the back of your mind. We use The Cabin Protocol to perform a deep subconscious house-cleaning. We sweep out the accumulated clutter of compassion fatigue and trauma without you ever having to describe what it looks like.

Session 3: The "Future-Proof" Anchor We lock in the changes and teach you how to perform these resets on yourself in 60 seconds or less. You become your own technician.
