Why the Bison?

You will see images of the American Bison all over my brand. This isn't just because I live in the Dakotas. It is because of how they handle a storm.

When a storm rolls over the plains, cows run away from it. But because cows are slow and the storm is fast, they actually end up running with the storm. They stay in the pain, the rain, and the misery for as long as possible.

The Bison is different. When a Bison sees a storm, it turns and charges directly into it. By running into the storm, the Bison minimizes the amount of time it spends in the pain. It breaks through the front line and comes out the other side into clear skies faster than any other animal.

My coaching is for the Bison. We do not run away from the sensation of anxiety. We do not try to "cope" with it. We turn, face it, and use neurological protocols to charge through it. We get the job done so you can get back to your life.
